Dear User,
We wish to inform you that, in accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196, of 30 June 2003, Data Protection Code that governs the treatment of the personal data of natural persons and other subjects (hereinafter the “Code”), the information and data you provide by filling in the form on the website and/or via email will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned dispositions and privacy regulations that inspire LIVING LIVIGNO BY LUCA GALLI, in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, resident in Via Saroch n. 569, 23041 Livigno (SO).
Data processing is any process or processes, including those carried out without the use of electronic means, involving collecting, logging, organising, storing, consulting, elaborating, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, diffusing, deleting and destroying data, even if not stored in a database.
In compliance with article 13, we inform you of the following.
The data processing we intend to carry out:
a) has the following purposes: manage any requests sent from the “Contacts” section and reply to users;
b) will be carried out with the following methods: using electronic means;
c) data will be handled only by authorised and competent staff at the LIVING LIVIGNO by LUCA GALLI, to manage your requests.
Your data will not be divulged. In accordance with article 13, paragraph 1, letter d), we hereby identify the subjects, or categories of subjects, to whom your data may be communicated or who may get to know said data in their capacity as Data Processors: secretarial staff, Administration employees, IT technicians who manage the website.
We inform you that the provision of data is optional, however, refusal to provide the data would make it impossible for us to meet your requests.
Moreover, the consent to the processing of personal data to develop studies, research, market statistics, send advertising and information and send commercial information, is entirely optional, not mandatory.
The Data Controller is Living Livigno by Galli Luca, in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, resident in Via Saroch n. 569, 23041 Livigno (SO). The data will be stored at the Data Controller’s offices and retained for as long as is required by law. Please be informed that said data will be collected, processed and stored as disposed by article 31 and following articles of the Data Protection Code and technical regulations – Annex B to the Code – relating to basic safety measures.
With reference to the use of website technologies and/or techniques to access information stored on the subscriber’s or user’s devices, to collect information or to monitor the user’s activity, we inform you that the use of said technologies will be limited to legitimate purposes in relation to technical data collection for the time strictly necessary to send communications or to reply to your requests. Art. 7 – (Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights)
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain information concerning:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even though it is relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
